Overview

This work reimagined the learning platform experience to improve clarity, navigation, and confidence for learners at scale. By refining structure, notifications, and visual hierarchy, the platform became easier to use and more intuitive—work that later contributed to recognition with the Docebo Inspire Learning Award.

The Challenge

The platform housed valuable content, but navigation and communication design made it difficult for learners to find what they needed quickly or understand next steps.
