Led the organizational rollout and ongoing enablement of LinkedIn Learning, focusing on adoption, clarity, and long-term value. This work combined platform setup, vendor partnership, learning design, and sustained engagement strategy.

My Role

  • Owned learning enablement for the platform
  • Partnered with IT and People teams on launch and access
  • Acted as primary design and learning liaison with the vendor
  • Designed all learner-facing materials and communications
