Contributed to redesigning a two-week hybrid sales onboarding experience to improve scalability, consistency, and learner clarity while maintaining engagement.

The Challenge

Instructor-led onboarding was time-intensive and difficult to scale. Content needed to transition to self-paced learning without losing effectiveness.

My Role

  • Converted long ILT sessions into self-paced eLearning
  • Conducted design reviews across courses built by multiple contributors
  • Built dashboards for instructor visibility and completion tracking
